Indulge Demonstrators
Those who attended Indulge last year will recall the imformative and entertaining live demonstrations.
This years demonstrations aim to be bigger and better with double the running time at 40 minutes and a full sized demonstration kitchen, supplied by Fisher & Paykel. So come along and see your favourite chef in action.
All recipes from dishes that are created during Indulge will be available on the website after the festival
